You may cancel your visual storytelling service booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of digital photography products, all sales are final once images have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for delivered digital content.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns.
